This strategy is called “Affiliate Marketing” which is basically using one way to market your listings, and another way to sell your listings. So for example you can use a free listing service, write an article about your market, post it on a free article directory website, and then use an affiliate program that will link your listing to the directory. This is a very powerful strategy because it not only exposes your listing to the largest number of potential buyers, but it also exposes your listings to the greatest number of sellers.
